Welcome to the website for St Stephen Parish Council. Lying just South of St Albans in Hertfordshire the Parish consists of three main villages Bricket Wood, Chiswell Green and Park Street, with the latter incorporating the areas of How Wood, Frogmore and Colney Street. The Parish Council provides services such as community centres, play areas, sports pitches, allotments, woodlands and open space.

Here you’ll find details of the Council meetings and who your councillors are.

Parish Council elections will be held on Thursday 4th May. If you would like to stand as a candidate, click for more information and to download a nomination pack.

Residents are welcome to attend Full Council and Committee meetings, except the Human Resources Committee. Meetings are usually held in the Council Chamber at the St Stephen Parish Centre, Station Road, Bricket Wood. Times and dates are shown on the Council Meetings calendar and Full Council agendas displayed on your Parish noticeboards. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on the website.

St Stephen Parish is a vibrant community, with many groups offering a wide range of leisure and social activities.
