Welcome to the website for St Stephen Parish Council. Lying just South of St Albans in Hertfordshire the Parish consists of three main villages Bricket Wood, Chiswell Green and Park Street, with the latter incorporating the areas of How Wood, Frogmore and Colney Street. The Parish Council provides services such as community centres, play areas, sports pitches, allotments, woodlands and open space.
Residents are welcome to attend Full Council and Committee meetings, except the Human Resources Committee. Meetings are usually held in the Council Chamber at the St Stephen Parish Centre, Station Road, Bricket Wood. Times and dates are shown on the Council Meetings calendar and Full Council agendas displayed on your Parish noticeboards. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on the website.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that one casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Parish Councillor in the Park Street Ward of the Parish of St Stephen.
The vacancy will be filled by St Stephen Parish Council by co-option in accordance with the Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) Rules 2006.
