Woodbury Field Play Area
Following two successful community consultations, St Stephen Parish Council is pleased to announce the completion of significant enhancements to Woodbury Field play area. The grand opening, by Postie Mike, took place on 1st June 2024 and was attended by a large number of local families who came along to see and try out the new equipment.
Highlights of Our Play Area:
- Toddler/Children’s Play Area: A safe and fun space designed specifically for our younger children.
- Ninja Warrior Course: An exciting challenge for older kids and adults to test their agility and strength.
- Ball Games Area: A dedicated space for sports and ball games, encouraging active play and team games..
- Fitness Zone: Outdoor gym equipment to help residents of all ages stay fit and healthy.
- Pump Track: A fun circuit designed for bikes, scooters, and skateboards, offering endless fun for all skill levels.
- Double cable way: A thrilling chance to experience speed and momentum combined with the excitement for fun and friendly competition.
What’s Next?
Our commitment to improving the park continues. We are planning to add play panels to enhance the interactive experience for children.
We hope these improvements will make our park an even more enjoyable place for the entire community.
